Dr. Ofir-Talmon is intrigued by the connection between technology, physiology and the social-emotional aspects of rehabilitation and communication. Dr. Ofir-Talmon’s goal and passion as an audiologist is to improve her patients’ quality of life by restoring speech audibility and communication abilities. She achieves this by utilizing current evidence-based technologies and counseling techniques.

Dr. Ofir-Talmon became a certified audiologist in Israel in 2008, when she completed her clinical Bachelor’s degree in audiology through the University of Haifa. After several years in the field, she then went on to complete her Masters degree in Audiology in 2013. Upon receiving her state health license in Israel in 2008, Dr. Ofir-Talmon chose to specialize in hearing diagnosis and rehabilitation through fitting hearing aids for both adults and children. Dr. Ofir-Talmon arrived at the Seattle area in late 2015, and devoted 3 years of her career to preventing noise-induced hearing-loss in industry. She then proceeded to complete the post-professional Doctor of Audiology program through A.T. Still University of Health Sciences. She periodically attends continuing education activities, to ensure that she is always up-to-date with the most recent research, clinical and technological advancements. She finds this to be an essential part of being able to provide her patients with the best evidence-based standard-of-care.

Dr. Ofir-Talmon is a mother of three. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and pets, doing yoga, reading books, spending time outdoors and connecting with nature.
