How do I know if hearing aids will help me?
Our university-trained audiologist will thoroughly evaluate your hearing.  If the evaluation shows that you are a candidate for hearing aids, we will fit you with hearing aids on a risk-free 30-day trial basis so that you can decide for yourself.

Do hearing aids help with nerve deafness?
Yes.  In fact, most people who wear hearing aids have nerve deafness. While hearing aids will not restore normal hearing, they can provide benefit for many people.

What types of hearing aids do you sell?
We offer all types of hearing aids from the world’s leading hearing aid manufacturers, including the new “open-ear” digital hearing aids.

What brand is the best?
There is no single best brand.  We will give you several choices and help you choose the one that is best for you.

Do I have to get two hearing aids?
Not necessarily.  While most people hear better with two hearing aids, some people only need one.

Are your hearing aids guaranteed?
All of our hearing aids come with a manufacturer’s warranty as well as loss and damage coverage.  In addition, we do not charge for in-office services for as long as you own the hearing aids.

Do you service hearing aids?
Yes, we clean and service all brands of hearing aids.  Regular maintenance is important to ensure optimum performance.

How much do hearing aids cost?
We have digital hearing aids starting as low as $680.00.   We will work with you to find a hearing solution that will meet your needs as well as your budget.

Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most insurances.  There is no charge or obligation for the evaluation and consultation.  If the evaluation shows that hearing aids would help you, we will check your coverage and we will handle the insurance billing.

Are payment plans available?
Yes, we offer interest-free payment plans.  We will work with you to find a hearing solution that will meet your needs as well as your budget.

Do you offer any discount programs?
Yes, we participate in many discount programs, including employer-sponsored programs.  If your current or previous employer would like to enroll in our discount program, please contact us for more information.
